THE OPPORTUNITY

Skyluxe Consulting Limited is a professional care delivery organisation working in collaboration with Everliving Services Ltd to deliver funded home care packages to individuals across North Northamptonshire. As the employer for this role, Skyluxe Consulting Limited manages all staffing, scheduling, and the direct delivery of care visits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Every day, you will visit clients in their own homes across North Northamptonshire and provide the support that enables them to live safely and comfortably. You will work to a personalised care plan prepared for each individual — so every visit has purpose and every action has meaning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering personal care, medication prompting, meal preparation, and daily living support
• Attending every allocated visit on time — zero missed calls is our standard
• Following each client's individual care plan and risk assessment with care and precision
• Logging every visit accurately on our Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) system
• Reporting any changes in a client's condition or any incidents to your manager without delay
• Participating in spot checks, supervisions, and training as part of your professional development

You will be the right fit if you:

• Are warm, patient, and truly person-centred in your approach to care
• Can be relied upon to attend every shift, on time, without fail
• Can follow a care plan and risk assessment carefully and accurately
• Communicate clearly — both with clients and with your team
• Are comfortable using a digital system to record your visits (training provided)
• Are willing to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Hold or are willing to obtain an enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service

A care qualification is desirable — but a caring character is essential.
